Broad Acres and Country Terrace take precautionary measures in response to the Corona Virus Covid-19 Pandemic
Broad Acres and Country Terrace are taking precautionary measures in response to the current information available regarding the Corona Virus. At this time, we are restricting access to the facility as a measure to protect our residents. Only facility employees and essential medical personnel will be allowed to enter the facility at this time. Upon reviewing information and recommendations from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the
Governors’ office we believe it is prudent to implement these measures at this time. We will continue to evaluate information as it becomes available and adjust our protocols as needed. These measures have been implemented as a precaution. There are currently no presumed or confirmed cases identified at the facility.
We understand the importance of loved ones remaining in contact and encourage visitors to use alternative communications methods if possible, such as telephone, email, text, video chat or social media. Family members of residents are asked to make sure their social worker has their accurate contact information. Loved ones are encouraged to call to check in on those residents who are not be able to communicate via alternative methods.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work together to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff. We encourage you to continue to check out our website and/or Facebook page for updated guidelines and communications as these continue to change and evolve.
